The location is easy to reach by public transport, and the rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, but the furniture and rooms could do with refurbishment. The walls are thin, and the Wi-Fi signal in my room wasn't strong enough.

The people at reception were good, but the rooms were horrible and the building's infrastructure is falling apart. Breakfast was the worst food I've ever had. It felt like a junk yard.

For a one-night stop on our budget road trip around Italy, it had the basics we needed: parking, a shower, a bed, and a small breakfast. The staff were very friendly and spoke English really well. The room was small, quite dated, and a little dusty. I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay, and I think the price is too high for the quality.

Getting into the city was easy. The station is a five-minute walk away, and you can take a regular train using the same ticket as the metro. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The welcoming staff also let us store our bags on the first day before check-in and on the last day after check-out. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. I personally have nothing to complain about.

The interior is old and a little dirty, so three stars for that. The service earns five: people were friendly and polite, and they treated us like humans first. Thanks for your help. Check-in runs from 3pm until 00:00 at night, which is handy. There's a Kebab & Pizza right next to the hotel.
