The food was great, and the pools look good for summer. But the rooms were cold, with no air conditioning or heating, and the blankets were paper thin. It didn't feel like anything special and doesn't deserve four stars, maybe three.

The view of the sea was beautiful, and the food tasty. The waiters were extremely polite and friendly. Still, this second visit felt disappointing compared with my first stay, and several things had changed. We didn't get the room we'd booked and paid extra for until we complained to the travel agency. Only water came with meals, and all drinks, including water, cost extra outside mealtimes. The pool bar was also an extra charge, so check carefully when booking whether drinks are included. There wasn't any entertainment, shows or daytime or evening activity. The buffet had very little for children. Chicken nuggets appeared only rarely, ran out quickly, and weren't replenished. There are some good points, especially the view and the staff, but many parts of the stay felt like a decline. I'd research carefully before booking.

Really bad experience. The hotel felt very old and the staff were so rude. At the restaurant, a guy named Eddie got into an argument with me because I couldn't take one croissant from the dining room to my car. He even shouted at me. What kind of hotel is this?

The only drawback was the poor Wi-Fi signal in our room. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay: the food was good, and getting a newly renovated room was the cherry on top. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and cozy, and free parking made the trip easier. I can't recommend this gem enough.

We got a newly refurbished room with a view of the Adriatic Sea. The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, and the price was great.
