The owner greeted us soon after we arrived and gave us some great suggestions for a trip to Lipari and for local restaurants. This is a wonderful B&B in the heart of milazzo, close to the main streets, shops, restaurants, and port. You can order breakfast in advance and have it brought to your room, and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milazzo.

The owner met us when we arrived and got check-in sorted quickly. Our room was clean and architecturally stunning, and breakfast was brought right to us, with really good quality. We had such a good experience here.

Rocco welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. This little B&B is a great place to stop for a night, with everything you need and well-appointed, modern rooms. Ours had a small balcony and air conditioning.

Rocco is so kind and helpful, and the B&B is on a lovely street. Our room was clean and cozy. They even have an app to order breakfast, and if you forget to place an order, Rocco texts to double-check. If you’re going to Milazzo, this is where you want to stay. Highly recommend!

The location made AlterEgo ideal for us, quiet but close to the harbor where we set off on our Aeolian Islands tour. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast was very good, and Rocco and his team went out of their way to provide gluten free choices. Rocco is a wonderful host who helped us with everything. You can tell he’s passionate about his work. If you’re coming to Milazzo, this is the place to stay. Thanks to Rocco and AlterEgo Team!
