You step out of this beachfront B&B, cross the road, and you’re at the sea. It’s also handy for getting into town. We found the place clean, and the owner was attentive and very helpful. In summer, it would be useful to have a small outside door where swimsuits and towels could dry.

Our room, Room 5, had a simple setup with a bedroom and a bathroom without a window. The bedroom window faced a small courtyard, but pigeons made it unusable. There’s no breakfast, though guests can use a shared room with a fridge and kitchenette. The sea is extremely close, about 20 meters away, and the location is excellent. It was decent overall, but a few things could be fixed.

For a few days in Tono, this is a comfortable, charming B&B just 40 meters from the sea, with nearby lidos and good nightlife. It’s worth a visit. The showers could use an update since the water comes out slowly, and the supplied shower gel is too small for a proper shower. It would also be nice to have air conditioning in the kitchen, so grabbing a quick bite there doesn’t feel like taking a sauna.

At €150 for Ferragosto, the room felt much too small. The shower was barely usable for someone overweight and awkward for bathing children. Breakfast wasn’t included, so none was provided. You can judge for yourself.
