We stayed for seven days in this really cool house right in the center of Milazzo. I loved the hotel 🥰. Getting to Catania airport takes 2.5 hours, while Palermo airport is a three-hour drive.

We were there just for one night, Saturday, August 9th, before heading to the Aeolian Islands. Stefano made us feel welcome right away, with a warm and professional manner, and was especially accommodating. The room was spotless and set up for what we needed; he’d made clever use of every little space. The small balcony over the main street has a lovely holiday feel. We’d definitely come back and recommend it both for a full vacation and as a stop before sailing to the islands.

The fridge in the room was unbelievably loud all night, so we ended up unplugging it. The air conditioner was mounted so high and out of sight that turning it on or off meant jumping on the bed, which got frustrating. There was no bathroom extractor, and the refrigerator in the hallway was leaking and left the floor soaked.
