The hotel has a lift for the upper floors, and some rooms look over the harbour and have a small balcony. Our room was clean, spacious, and good. It’s very handy for the Milazzo Port ferry to the Aeolian Islands, just a two-minute walk across the road. I’d recommend it as a good-value stay. There was construction scaffolding next door as of October 2023, but we didn’t find it noisy or dusty during our visit.

The manager had arranged everything in advance, even leaving snacks for me since I arrived hungry. My recently refurbished room had fabulous harbour views and was across the road from the island ferry terminal. I arrived late and left early, but I’d highly recommend it for the price.

Three years on, I still have nothing to add to my earlier view, except for one unrelated point: the railway station is a 45-minute walk from the hotel and port. Reception and the basic supplies are handled digitally. The one staff member we met in the morning was friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which is rare in Sicily. The facilities were great, and there was even a small kitchen on the third floor that guests could use if needed.

The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is served on the roof terrace. A friendly woman was there to help us, and the price was good for what we got. The hotel has been completely renovated and is in central Milazzo, near the harbour. You can’t park directly in front, but otherwise I can recommend it.

Right in the heart of Milazzo, close to where the aliscafi depart, the location is very good. Everything was clean, with a comfortable spacious bed, lovely furnishings, and a great shower. I couldn’t find anything wrong with this place.
