The location is nice, and the place was very clean, but it needs renovating. The rooms feel dark, with awful fluorescent lights. There’s a balcony with plastic chairs and a ceiling, while the terrace is partly run down. You also have to pay extra to use the oven. The 14:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out times aren’t convenient for travellers. We never saw the owners, as everything was handled through chat. For the price, it wasn’t very good value.

Even with the outside temperature reaching around 40° degrees, the apartment stayed comfortably cool without air conditioning. The cleaning was good, and the location was perfect. I loved the place. Breakfast was the letdown: the website said it would be served in the rooms, but all we found were packaged cookies and rusks.

We felt unsafe, and the whole situation spoiled our short stay in Minori. The Floral suite isn’t at Eden Holiday at all, but in a completely different place. We arrived to find an address that didn’t match Eden Holiday’s, and photos that were totally inaccurate. The apartment is in a dark, dingy complex that looks abandoned from outside. There was no terrace, jacuzzi, or service. Then a problem came up with a neighbor. Maria, the property manager, was rude and invasive: she came into the apartment without warning while one of our friends was showering, frightening her, and then yelled at her as she stood there naked in a towel. It was a complete invasion of privacy. Maria demanded €650 for alleged damage to the first-floor neighbor’s awning, supposedly tiny holes caused by stray cigarette ash. The claims came from the neighbor and were hearsay and allegations. While we tried to sort it out with Maria, she pestered us all day on WhatsApp and came by twice more to shake us down for the money. In the end, we paid €650 after she arrived with a random man who intimidated us. Her colleague Alessandro was easier to work with, but that didn’t make up for Maria’s behavior. Do not stay here. Go anywhere else but Eden Holiday.

The room was freezing, and the owner wasn’t friendly. The place was unclean, the jacuzzi was closed and out of order, and it didn’t match the description. There wasn’t an oven in the kit, yet there was even a sign saying it costs extra to use one. I wouldn’t recommend it.
