Antonio and his staff took care of everything from the moment we arrived. They carried our bags all the way from the street to our room, both on arrival and departure. When the ferries weren't running, they even arranged a last-minute airport ride at a fair price compared with the taxi services we saw. Breakfast was lovely too, with coffee and hot chocolate brought over as soon as we sat down. One of the friendliest, most accommodating stays of our trip. We'll definitely be back!

The balcony view and good breakfast were lovely, and the hotel was clean and pleasant in a very central spot. What made the stay best, though, was how kind and helpful everyone was. António, Gaetano and Alessandro made us feel at home. Many thanks to them.

Antonio and his grandson made us feel welcome straight away. They showed us to the off-street parking, carried our bags, and knew the local area well, including an Englishman's fondness for tea. The room felt secure and comfortable, with a wall safe and a good-sized balcony over a main road. The glazing kept the street noise out, so don't let the road put you off. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and Antonio was happy to talk through our plans and how best to do them. Fantastic hosts and a fantastic stay. Thanks.

We stayed four nights at Maison Raphael at the end of May. The terrace breakfast was Italian style, with cheese, salami and fresh fruit. The owner was consistently polite, professional and helpful, arranging a transfer from Naples airport and sharing hiking times around Minori as well as nearby restaurant tips. The beach and ferry to Amalfi were about five minutes away, and the bus station just one. Maison Raphael was a pleasant base, right in the center but away from the overcrowded spots. I'd recommend it and would choose it again for a few days on the Amalfi coast.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and have balconies, and the staff are really friendly. Breakfast is the usual hotel kind, but very good. It's a great location if you're traveling by car, with Amalfi very close to Minori.
