We had a beautiful little room, and they even cleaned it and made the bed during the day. Fausto, the host, was amazing: he gave us a map and showed us where to go and eat in Venice. The place is on a bus route straight to Venice, with a bus stop nearby, and the supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

The room’s decor was stunning, and the owner was friendly throughout our stay. Communication before arrival was quick and easy. It’s also conveniently close to a bus stop. My only small criticism is that the bathroom window could use a net. Otherwise, absolutely lovely.

A super nice host, a very clean hotel and good value for every penny I spent. It feels like a hidden gem just outside Venice. Getting around is easy, with a bus stop from the hotel to Venice.

The rooms get hot in summer, which is my only complaint. Still, the service is great: the owners are super helpful with directions and anything else you need, and breakfast is great. I first gave it 4 stars, but changed that to 5 because of the service.

The owner is really friendly and gives you all the information you need about Venice. Excellent place.
