Everything was great, with easy parking and a clean, quiet setting. Devora was so friendly and kind.

The room felt open and airy, with a roomy, comfortable bathroom, and we could relax outside in private on the chairs. The B&B is surrounded by greenery and kept in lovely condition. Our hostess was incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a handy base for Venice, only nine minutes from the train station. I’d gladly recommend it and plan to return.

Deborah was so helpful and kind, and gave us great suggestions for seeing Venice over two days. The B&B is in a peaceful area, with parking inside and plenty of free parking near Mirano Station, which is close by. We could easily get to Venice by train. We stayed two nights just before the Ferragosto holiday. Excellent, I’d happily come back and recommend it.

We spent a weekend night here as a family. The place is nicely kept, with two single rooms that have bathrooms and another pair of rooms sharing separate bathrooms, so it suits a family of four. It’s close enough to Marghera and Venice, while far enough away from the city traffic and bustle. I knew there was no breakfast service, but that still feels like a drawback for a B&B. There’s a very good café and pastry shop in the next town, only a three-minute drive away, though watch for speed cameras. The other issue is that the windows and French doors have no mosquito nets. Still, it’s a good option, and we may return.
