Hotel Ristorante L'Ulivo

So friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful setting.

We were very disappointed by our stay. We’d booked a spacious room with a large bathroom and balcony, but were given a tiny room with an outdated bathroom that looked unhygienic. The promised double bed was two singles pushed together, with a visibly stained bedspread. The balcony wasn’t really usable in summer. When we raised the mismatch with what we’d agreed, the owner became argumentative and unprofessional. He did refund our deposit, but we had to leave disappointed and without another place ready. The entrance area was unwelcoming, with the owner’s personal belongings around, and he seemed to be using it as a private living space. The facility felt neglected, and the staff were unprofessional. I’d strongly advise against staying here, especially if you expect clear arrangements, cleanliness, and basic respect for customers.

The staff made me feel at home, and their service was impeccable. I spent four nights here and recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely come back to enjoy the pool.
