Breakfast had a huge selection, from biscuits and pastries to yoghurt, cereal, toast with ham and cheese, juice, eggs, and more. The woman who greeted us and helped at breakfast was kind and helpful. Our room and its enclosed bathroom were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our daughter was thrilled with the garden swings. A perfect short stay.

The rooms were clean, the mattresses comfortable, and the hotel well kept. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was a letdown. We were traveling with a baby and had booked a room with a kitchenette, but weren't given one, even though the hotel was almost empty. The kettle in our room was broken. It was cold, and there was no air conditioner remote, so we had to turn it on manually, but it barely helped. The towel rail was cold too, and the bathroom floor was very cold. Breakfast was very modest. The coffee we ordered took ten minutes to arrive, and they brought only about 50 grams of milk for three people. We had to ask separately for ham, there was no cheese, and no cold milk for the cornflakes. The payment paperwork was especially unpleasant. An employee said she couldn't issue an invoice and instead handwrote a receipt on a piece of paper with no hotel details, so it was impossible to tell who had received the money. Very unprofessional.

We were four adults in the family and stayed for just one night. The staff were very nice, and the place was clean, nicely decorated, and well kept.

It's a beautiful, nice house, but it's far from public transport. You can't even find an Uber.

A nice place. The direct bus to Venice is about a 10-minute walk away.
