We weren't impressed and only stayed because our tour had picked this hotel. The breakfast was very limited, so we had bread, cheese, and coffee. Staff watched over us while we chose food, as if worried we'd take too much; we had to ask for butter, and they seemed quite stingy with it. We asked reception for hot water around 21:00 and were told they didn't have any. Wi-Fi was switched off at night after 21:30 and meant to come back at 8:00, but we still couldn't connect after that. The hotel sits in a well-kept garden surrounded by nature, and though it's a bit far from Venice, the train from Mira-Mirano gets you there easily.

I stayed here with my family in July 2025. My wedding ring fell from my bag onto the floor of the room, and we noticed only later, so we called the hotel. The first checks showed that the ring had been found and put in the safe. A few months later, while we were waiting for our guide to deliver it to me, we were told it had disappeared from the safe. A wedding ring has more sentimental value than financial value, and this has caused me real distress. I don't want to accuse anyone, but someone is stooping to take a gold ring of little value. This makes me question the hotel. If the owners can't keep a simple ring safe, how can they keep guests safe? I have doubts.

The hotel was very dirty. There was a damp smell in the rooms, dust everywhere, and large, disgusting insects. Breakfast was poor, with pre-cooked eggs that were black inside and cheese. The owner wandered between the tables with a stern look, checking what people were eating, which felt extremely uncomfortable. It's in a village-like spot, far from the city. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Rooms aren't cleaned every day, and breakfast is very poor. The management is completely unprofessional and makes petty calculations. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's a waste of money.
