Bed&Breakfast Il Frantoio

The manager was a real highlight, always smiling, available, and ready to help. We arrived a few hours before the 1 PM check-in, and he took our bags and had them in the room once it was ready. I just got back from a three-night stay with my family. The place is ideally located near Misano Monte, about a five-minute drive from Via Roma, and there's no "mess" around. The large parking area is behind a tall gate, and you get the remote when you arrive. Our room was spacious, with slightly dated but suitable furnishings and a really big bathroom. Breakfast was sweet and filling, with hot drinks made to order instead of the usual coffee and powdered milk dispensers. The room has a modern air conditioner, though we didn't need to use it because the room stayed cool. The TV is a smart Google TV connected to the property's Wi-Fi, with Netflix and Prime Video apps for watching your own series after logging in. A great choice if, like us, you need a B&B near the beach with a quiet setting.

For my one-night stay, the spacious room was quiet, and the nearby famous racetrack wasn't a bother. There's indoor parking, and the bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was average, and there wasn't a desk in the room.

We've been back for around ten years, and the team is still so kind and helpful. Parking has plenty of room for motorcycles, vans, and more. Breakfast is consistently very good and generous. Everything is impeccably clean, and the rooms are all new, with tile floors instead of carpet and private bathrooms.

We booked through Booking for a quick overnight stay. The owner was friendly and welcoming. I'd call it about a 3.5, though I'm comfortable giving it 4 stars for the location and value. Plenty could be improved, but if you're nearby and just want simple, basic accommodation, it'll do. ✌️
