The ratings had me expecting less, so I was pleasantly surprised. Big, air-conditioned rooms, good food and young, friendly staff. It's close to the beach too. A good Italian hotel, Caesar-like, just as its name suggests.

I was really happy with my stay at the Hotel Cesar. The coffee at breakfast was delicious, and there was enough choice to start the day. The place was very clean, with balconies and plenty of parking, and it's close to the sea. The staff were kind and always smiling. I also liked having bike rental available. I'd definitely recommend it.

You can even see the sea from the room, and it's very close by. They also lend bikes for free, which came in handy if you're taking the train or want to leave the car behind. The young staff are full of energy, and breakfast is included. We slept well and enjoyed the spread, with plenty of sweet and savory choices.

The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, from arrival to breakfast, and we found the breakfast varied and plentiful. The location is handy too, with the town center and the seafront promenade and its well-equipped beaches only a few minutes away on foot. We stayed around six days. The main drawback was the furniture, which really needs updating. The rooms aren't very big, and some areas could have been cleaner. There isn't private parking, but we could easily find a space on the street at any time. For children, there isn't much to do beyond a little chalkboard at the entrance and a small table and chairs.
