Our checkout was at 11, but the housekeeper came to our room at 9 in the morning and opened the door even after I said someone was inside. When I opened it, they told us checkout was at 10, though they didn't even know the property's procedures. They spoke to each other in their own language and didn't even say sorry. The worst experience ever, with no privacy and poor staff.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were so kind and polite. I spent New Year's Eve at this lovely hotel. It was clean, with big, comfortable rooms. I'd recommend it.

I was there from 31 Dec to 2 Jan. The location was just average, and the food gave me diarrhea. It wasn't a holiday at all!!!
