The bathroom layout was our only complaint: the toilet area was cramped, and the shower stall was tiny. Otherwise, we loved our clean, comfortable room and it had all the amenities that mattered to us. The staff were fantastic, and the location was very convenient for the train station and central Modena. We’d recommend it as a convenient place and great value.

The rooms are small and don’t match what you might expect for the price if you’re used to four-star hotels in the US. The help and service we got, though, were a 5+. Stefano was especially kind and went above and beyond to sort out a mix-up with our room. Without his help, our trip would have been a disaster. For that alone, I’d stay again.

The staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were very helpful, answered my questions, and offered dinner suggestions. I was visiting from the US, and the hotel was well placed for the train station and local attractions.

The cobblestone streets made wheeling my suitcases a challenge, but being so close to the train station was the main thing I wanted. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast wasn’t part of my package, but it was well worth the 15 euros. The rooms are fairly small and cleaned daily. It’s also an excellent spot for the Ferrari museum, less than a kilometre on foot.

You can walk to everything you’d need to enjoy this little town. The place is a hidden gem, really clean and modern while still having Italian charm, and the staff are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.
