The breakfast was delicious, and our room was huge with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely time in Modena, helped along by the accommodating, friendly staff. A wonderful place to stop.

The owner and manager was so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was better than what I've had at most 4+ star hotels. It felt like staying with friends in a gorgeous home, one I wish I could call mine. The room was spacious and clean. I'd happily return or tell friends and family to stay here.

Breakfast was served at a lovely table in the yard, with local treats and homemade pastries. The staff were friendly and keen to show us around. Our room had big windows, air conditioning, plenty of space, and a huge bathroom. A great countryside stay, and we'll stop again when we're next passing through Modena.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was really good. Our bedroom had lots of room, while the bathroom was even larger and very comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything. Need somewhere in Modena? This is the place.

We had a quiet, private, clean room and great, friendly service. Breakfast was fresh and made with local products. A fantastic stay in Modena, highly recommended.
