The B&B was nice, and the host was very helpful. For a one day visit, though, the location wasn't central enough for us. Next time we'd choose somewhere closer to the center.

Luca and his wife were such friendly, lovely hosts, and we'd happily come back if we're in Modena again. The room was spotless and the bed really comfortable, with lots of delicious breakfast options. It's in a pleasant residential area about a 20 minute walk from the historic center, so it was quieter and parking was easier and free. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely, helpful host and a good breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet, and the place is easy to get to. It was within walking distance of both the Enzo Ferrari museum and the city center, making it a great base for visiting Modena and the surrounding area. Having the option of a two bedroom room was especially nice with kids.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was welcoming, breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious with a super comfortable bed. It's a little far from the city center, but the quiet made for a peaceful stay.

The rooms were lovely and quiet, and there was plenty of hot water. We could park for free on the street and walk easily into Modena's city center, which made this a perfect location for our stay.
