The hotel was nice, with a good breakfast bar, and its location worked well for us. But during our three-day stay, there were only towels for one person each day, even though there were two of us. USB charging plugs in the room would've been useful. On the first evening, kids in pajamas were running around our floor, and the bartender took 20 minutes to serve me after another guest went looking through the hotel for him. I also had to explain which glasses I needed for our drinks. At checkout, the person helping us was unfriendly, didn't smile, and didn't ask how the stay had been.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. Parking was plentiful, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. I had a great stay at RMH Modena Des Arts and would happily come back.

10/10
We picked it for its position between Modena and Maranello. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant and bar have good menus at reasonable prices, and there’s a shopping mall close by. For eating out elsewhere, though, you’ll need a car.

8/10
The restaurant is a real highlight for me: both breakfast and dinner are superb, and eating inside or out on the patio is a pleasure. Grazie mille to the staff! I’ve stayed several times and the attentive service has been consistent throughout. The lobby looks modern and attractive, while the clean, spacious rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Staff are professional and attentive in both Italian and English.

6/10
Parking is easy, and the location works well for visiting Parma, Modena, and Bologna since they’re all a manageable drive away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but lacked any nice Italian touches. Getting a good morning coffee was nearly impossible, with only instant or machine coffee. This seems geared toward conferences and corporate guests rather than holidaymakers. The front desk staff were abrupt and rude, and those unpleasant interactions mean I wouldn’t stay again.
