There’s parking right by the property, and the shared space has tables plus a small kitchenette. Our room was roomy and clean, with air conditioning and a refrigerator, and it had everything we needed. It’s a nicely renovated small property, about 500-600 meters from the sea.

Even though it’s right beside a highway, the place was quiet. It’s also an easy walk to the beach, around 10 minutes. The manager was always available and happy to handle our requests. The furnishings are simple but do the job, and everything felt clean and welcoming in this new property.

The shared lounge has plenty of space, dining tables, and a kitchenette where you can cook. Rooms are spacious and clean, with TVs, air conditioning, refrigerators, and big, comfortable bathrooms. Room cleaning and fresh towels are provided every three days. Everything is newly renovated, and the property is only 500 meters from the beach in Marina di Modica. Recommended.

I’d been moving between accommodations during my planned vacation, and 6 Venti was the first place that had the details and comfort I was after. The interiors feel brand new, the pillows are soft, and the spacious rooms were spotless. There’s a seaside feel to the decor. It’s on the ground floor of an apartment building, with a private entrance, and the inside is much more cared for than you’d guess from outside. The sea is 400 meters away, and there’s free private parking. I’d come back.
