ALTAMOTHYCA

The view was fantastic, and parking was easy. The apartment was spotless, everything felt brand new, and the bed was comfortable, like one you’d find in a 5-star hotel. Federica is the kind of host you hope to meet, thoughtful, cheerful, knowledgeable, tactful, and attentive to every need. The apartment reflects her taste, with everything needed for a full stay. This is the kind of place you’d settle into like home and want to return to. Congratulations!

The apartment has a spectacular view, and the owner was very kind and helpful. It’s beautiful, but could be more practical to live in. Some useful things are missing, like dishes, oven utensils, and a dishcloth.

The bedroom felt like a quiet, private refuge, and sleeping there was deeply restful. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a high-quality mattress and pillows, and wonderfully soft linens. The spacious shower added to the sense of comfort throughout the property. At Altamothyca, every detail seems considered, from the tasteful furnishings and quality materials to the individually lit rooms, where you can adjust the brightness to create a softer or livelier mood. We also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and being able to manage our stay independently. Federica welcomed us warmly and shared thoughtful, useful suggestions for discovering local food and wine, as well as less obvious corners of Modica and its surroundings. The city views from the rooms are enchanting, with rooftops and hills that look like a nativity scene. This is much more than a simple bed and breakfast. It feels like a place made with care, where everything invites you to slow down. The stay will stay with me, and I hope to return soon.

The house was spotless and decorated with real taste. Federica is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, and her advice helped us make the most of the city. Five stars, very well deserved. Absolutely recommend it!
