The view is breathtaking, the place has all the amenities, and the cleanliness is excellent. We stayed in a spotless room very close to the historic center. Mr. Francesco's kindness and willingness to help left us astonished. Sadly, it's not easy these days to find someone who still behaves like a gentleman after you've left. A small problem came up once we got home to Catania, and he promptly helped us out as a friend. Highly recommended. If we return to Modica, we'd have no hesitation about where to stay.

Francesco treats his guests like family and is a truly unique person. He takes time to explain what you need to know for a memorable holiday in Modica, and is always available with excellent advice. The B&B is easy to reach, centrally located in charming Modica, and well connected to the amenities of this beautiful town in Ragusa. It's one of the best B&Bs I've seen in Sicily. The property feels welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. I was completely satisfied and will be back. Five stars because it's the best, I'd give it more if I could. A guest of mine had a wonderful time at Francesco's B&B. It has two rooms, one double and one single, with a shared bathroom. Francesco is kind and thoughtful.
