Modica is fantastic, and I really enjoyed my time here. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and I'd gladly come back anytime. The climb up is good for burning off the calories, haha. Breakfast is served nearby: your stay includes a croissant and coffee, and the other things there are amazing too. I can definitely recommend this place.

After more than twenty years away, I came back to Modica and stayed in this lovely rental in Modica Alta, right in the old town. The owner was helpful and welcoming from the time I booked, and Giuseppe was waiting at the door when I arrived. He had kept the spacious, comfortable room cool for me on a very hot day and left cold water. It has all the comforts, a roomy bed, and a balcony facing one of the city's most beautiful baroque churches. The shared spaces are tidy and organized, and the top-floor terrace is a peaceful, private place to sunbathe. It's close to the bus stop, bars, pastry shops, and restaurants, and there's free parking. Definitely recommended! Kind regards, Giuseppe Sarah from Verona

We're here for our third year and still think it's spectacular. The place has everything, from breakfast through snacks, lunch, and dinner. We especially love how friendly and kind the owners are, and how close it is to several places worth visiting. Ask them for directions and you'll be in good hands. Highly recommended!

We fell for the panoramic terrace view. The property is beautiful and carefully looked after in every detail, and the staff were attentive and very helpful with what guests needed. We had a genuinely peaceful, relaxing holiday thanks to them. We'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Salvatore gave us a very kind welcome and walked us through the house and the area around it. This typical house in central Modica has recently been fully renovated, and it's a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Sicily. Everything was clean and tidy, and the lovely terrace is just right for a snack. I highly recommend it.
