Late review, sorry! We spent several days in this cute little apartment in gorgeous Modica and were very comfortable there. It had everything we needed, and Fabio was an excellent host. We even found parking right out front. Thanks, Fabio 😊

Fabio was an excellent host and saved us a parking space close to the apartment. He also pointed us to some great restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was a perfect fit for us and very clean. We had two wonderful days in Modica, especially in the evenings. Everything was great, thanks for everything, Fabio!

Fabio, the owner, was fantastic and always available. His tips on restaurants, tours, and other things to do were excellent. The studio is spotless, has everything you need, and offers very good value for money. It’s in the historic center, with parking available, and makes an excellent base for visiting Modica. Highly recommended! Mara

The accommodation is simple but has everything you need, and it was spotlessly clean. Fabio and Rosy were a real asset: they handled our requests with such kindness and were extremely available, which we unfortunately needed. Many thanks to them both.
