The area and rooms are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. I didn’t love how modern and large the bathroom was, but it was still a nice stay.

Modica is really charming, and I hope I can come back someday. The B&B is in the center of the lower part of town, and the host told us the building has been in his family for generations. Breakfast was excellent in the lovely parlor, which has a great view of the upper town. My room wasn’t anything special, but it was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the price was fair.

Gianpiero made my stay even better than I expected. The hosts were friendly and knew a lot, and the B&B’s family history and beautiful decor gave it a special feel. My room was clean and just right for a solo traveler, and the location was excellent. Such an amazing bed and breakfast, I had a magnificent time.

A great choice if you want to stay right in the city center. The building and room were beautiful and clean, and the air conditioning and wifi worked well. Gianpiero was very friendly and offered us suggestions for the city. Highly recommended. 🙂

We had dinner downstairs at the little ricotta trattoria, a good spot for simple food and the best homemade ricotta cheese. Our front room was actually pretty incredible, with a large 20-foot vaulted ceiling, a fake rococo Fresco, a big chandelier and period furniture. It’s a very nice place, convenient to the road, with street parking. Just note it’s a two-story walk-up.
