The owner lives upstairs and is a lovely person, happy to help with any questions. The recently renovated apartment is in Modica's historic centre, with a charming stone bedroom and all the comforts: air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a great base for seeing Ragusa's Baroque architecture and the Montalbano locations. A beautiful property, highly recommended!
