The owner was so kind. She left apple pie, homemade cookies, and everything we needed for breakfast, shared great tips for places to visit, bakeries, and restaurants, and even printed our boarding passes when we hadn't had time to do it at home. The comfortable apartment has every convenience and is just outside Modica's historic center. Parking was easy. We had a really pleasant three-night stay, like being at home.

The welcome was warm, and the apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished. Its little outdoor area is pleasant, too. It’s centrally located and easy to reach, but there’s a lot of traffic.

The sea is crystal clear, though cold enough to give your legs a real chill. This beautiful, clean, welcoming home is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy Modica and its beaches, with all the comforts you could need. Silvana, the older sister, welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel at ease with her constant help. For anyone visiting Modica, it’s the perfect home 🏠. Thanks so much for everything.
