The photos give a misleading impression, and there was too much junk around. The room itself was okay, but several things were broken or missing: the fridge and washing machine didn't work, the hair dryer was broken, and the bedside lamp had no bulb. I told the owner, but nothing was fixed. Very disappointing.

This was the best b and b I've ever stayed in. It was quiet and laid-back, with games and other things to do if you wanted. Carlo was an awesome guy and went out of his way to help, within reason. If you're lucky, you'll meet his young daughter Emma too. It's good to know places like this are still around. Thanks, Carlo, for a great vacation. 👍

The hosts were very kind, and the kitchen and garden were spacious. Nice location too.

Villa Rosa, set in the beautiful Modica countryside just a few kilometers from the commercial center of Modica, made for a Sunday with our group that we’ll remember. We spent the whole day enjoying the nature and relaxing together. The children had lawns, games, and plenty of room to run around, while the adults took it easy. There was ample parking, and the atmosphere felt very family-friendly and fun. Mr. Gianni welcomed us warmly and was ready to help with what we needed. The property is a renovated house now run as a B&B, but it also works for parties, camping, or campervan stays. Inside, there’s a large living room with tables, chairs, a TV, and karaoke. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, and the cooking utensils you need. You do need to bring your own meal supplies, including meat, bread, desserts, napkins, glasses, and anything else you’ll need. Outside, there’s charcoal, gas, and a modern grill. We ended the evening with delicious spaghetti with Mr. Gianni. Reservations are recommended, and if you speak with him, he can find a solution tailored to your occasion.
