We stayed for one night before our main spa hotel stay in Moena, since we arrived late the day before. The room was comfortable, and we parked right in front. We skipped breakfast. The usual issue in Italy came up with the small electrical outlets, which didn’t fit European plugs well. Since the hotel is right on the village’s main street, there was some street noise. Good value overall.

After all the Alta Via hiking, we asked to use the sauna and wellness room to decompress. It wasn’t open, but the staff got it ready for us within 20min. Everyone was super friendly. The room was decent, modern, and clean, and the hotel is right in central Moena, with mountain views all around. I’d definitely recommend it!👌🏾 Thank you @Faloria ❤️

The suite itself was lovely and brand new, and the evening staff were kind enough to wait for us for 30 minutes. But the morning encounter with the owner completely overshadowed those positives. We had misunderstood the arrangements for our road bikes. There was no hotel parking where we could leave them on the car, and I’d forgotten to mention them to the staff the night before, so we brought them into the room. They were very clean and we handled them carefully. In the morning, the owner loudly accused us of possibly damaging the room, complained about Booking.com guests, and used Italian swear words as if I wouldn’t understand. When I asked if he wanted to inspect the room, he refused. It felt ridiculous. We were paying guests, and being treated like that was unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in the area. The owner seems to have a problem with Booking.com and, from what I saw, treats guests who book through the site as second class. I’d look elsewhere to avoid the chance of being mistreated.

The hotel was very clean, with modern furniture, fixtures, and bathroom fittings. Lots of wood in the doors and walls, plus an on-site restaurant and bistro. The WiFi was sluggish, and one receptionist wasn’t friendly.

The view over the river was lovely, and the hotel is right among shops, cafes, and restaurants. We also found the staff really courteous. Even though the kitchen had closed, they kindly put together a platter of cold cuts and delicious cheese when we asked for dinner at 9:45 pm. Our room was comfortable and cute, and the whole place has sweet heart-shaped decorations and sparkly chandeliers. Breakfast had a nice range of cakes and pastries.
