The room was small but pleasant, and the underground garage was spacious. The hotel is clean, well located and has friendly staff. There’s no proper ski room, though, so skis are left outside the hotel, which didn’t feel safe. There is a room for ski boots. The worst part was the lack of sound insulation. I could hear someone breathing in the next room, showers upstairs sounded like water was pouring right over my head, and a neighbor’s TV would make it impossible to have any peace. The breakfast and dinner buffets had tasty choices, including fresh fruit and vegetables, which isn’t standard in Italy. The selection was the same each day. The main courses were tasty but comically tiny, like a bit of meat with two chips or four mini dumplings, so there was no way to get full. A note at breakfast said food couldn’t be taken away because the buffet was free. That wording made little sense to me, since it was already paid for with the accommodation.

In September 2024, I lost the will to take more photos, so these are just a few. A lot may have changed since my partner and I stayed, but I’m not willing to take that 50/50 chance. We found mold in a corner behind a small cupboard, and I had an allergic reaction. The towel in the photo is between the wall and cupboard. When we asked to move rooms, we were first told no, then told we could move if we paid more. That didn’t feel like an apology or an acknowledgment that something had gone wrong. The dinner dumplings I ordered were over-salted, and dinner cost 30.-€ per person plus drinks. I don’t think I stayed for the sweet course. The bathroom was another issue. There are certainly countries where I’d expect that, but those aren’t places I visit. I’m personally uncomfortable with people displaying erotic things in public, especially in a hotel. We have freedom of sexuality, yes, but not the freedom to impose it on others. My partner managed to keep me from finding out whom I should report the place to, and spoke pleasantly, possibly with the person in charge. We were then given a different room for the rest of the stay, which was kind. The landscape and a few museums are things to enjoy in the area. We had a lovely Christmas week here. The atmosphere was perfect for a family holiday, with different activities for adults and children. The rooms were clean, nice and spacious, the service was excellent, the staff very kind, and the food delicious!

We had a great week of skiing here with my partner and our dog. They’d even left a little dog biscuit in the room when we arrived. The room was spacious, cozy and clean, and the food was great. It’s nice that you can choose smaller or larger portions, something more hotels and restaurants should do. Breakfast had lots of choice and good coffee. The personnel were charming and friendly. You do need a car to get to the ski areas, though. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

A positive stay overall. The room was roomy and clean, parking was good, and the breakfast and evening buffet were excellent. They put real effort into evening entertainment and organized day trips. The wellness area was limited, and I found the gym disappointing.
