Move Hotels Venezia Nord

The staff were very helpful and sorted out the problems in just a few minutes. The property is very large, with two big pools, a gym, and a sauna, and the rooms are spacious and good. Breakfast had a great spread, though the vegetarian choices were very limited.

Delta cancelled our flight on 3/30 and put us up here. From the outside the hotel looks nice, but our room was another story. We were given two twin beds, and when we checked them, my wife found crumbs on one. I don't know if the sheets hadn't been changed or cleaned, or if a housekeeper had been eating in the room. The tub was dirty, with a long stray hair in it, and it was chipped too. The shower door doesn't extend far enough, so water gets onto the floor. And you can't adjust the air conditioning in your room. You have to ask the front desk what temperature you want, and they'll set it for you. That's absurd. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed five nights and had a nice time. The rooms were small but cozy, and the front desk and restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel sits between Venice, Trivisto, and Marcon, which would be handy with a rental car. We didn't rent one, and there wasn't public transportation, so we had to use taxis everywhere, which were quite expensive. The receptionists made getting a taxi easy. After cold days, the sauna and steam room were a treat. The restaurant was very good, though pricey.

Our booking in Venice was a mess, and at 4 a.m. Akram kindly found us a room so our family wouldn’t be left out on the street. He also helped us challenge a private taxi driver who was trying to overcharge us. Since we only needed the room for a few hours before the 11 a.m. checkout, he discounted the price and arranged a shuttle bus back to Venice. We’re very grateful to receptionist Akram, who went out of his way to help.
