Relais Toti B&B

There’s plenty of space in the gated grounds, with trees all around, and it felt secure and quiet. We felt at home in this solid villa, converted from a family home by the excellent owner and manager Ricardo. Our door opened onto the garden, where there was a table and chairs for having a glass of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, with boiled eggs from a nearby family farm. The Metro station is just steps away, making it easy to get around the Venice area. I highly recommend it if you want a feel for everyday life in Italy.

The owner is the loveliest host, and we’ll certainly return. It’s a beautiful villa with lovely rooms, parking available, and the train station right in front of the guest house. There are good restaurants nearby too. We highly recommend staying here.

Having a terrace right outside our room was lovely. We could sit there with breakfast or a book and take it easy. The room had air conditioning, which we really appreciated in the summer heat. The garden was another nice spot for a glass of chilled white wine and some good Italian food. And getting to Venice was easy: the hotel is just across from the train station, with about 20 minutes from our room to the station in Venice.

Even though the train station is just across the road, it was really peaceful here. The location worked perfectly for us. Stefania and Luisa were so welcoming and are a real asset to Relais Totì. I’d certainly recommend this BB.
