The garden was great for our little one who was only a year old and not walking yet, with a lovely lawn and barbecue facilities. We also loved the big pool and the quiet. On clear nights, the altitude and lack of lights made for amazing stargazing. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, with a great kitchen and a lovely view. One of the best places I’ve stayed. I’d recommend it!

Mornings come with a wonderful chorus of birds, and you can hear deer, foxes, and tawny owls around the house. It’s a beautiful spot with striking views and lots of greenery, ideal if you want peace and quiet. The decor is tasteful, and the kitchen has modern appliances, though the furnishings are basic and could be better suited to the number of guests. Getting there means taking mountain roads, with the last 500 meters on a somewhat steep paved gravel track.

We had a wonderful week here. There’s plenty to explore nearby, but the house is also a lovely place to slow down, with a peaceful feel and a fantastic terrace overlooking the valley and mountains. The place was clean and beautiful, with everything we needed. The owner is lovely, and it’s clear he’s put a lot of care into the property and wants guests to have a great holiday. As is common in Tuscany, the access road takes some getting used to.

The valley views and great pool made this cozy house a lovely place to stay. It’s in a prime spot, and the owner was very friendly. We’d happily come back.
