The breakfasts were amazing, and we loved spending evenings in town among the locals. The restaurant and Gelateria prices there were so reasonable, and it was fun watching everyone enjoy themselves. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern, spacious rooms and a lovely rooftop bar. The front desk staff were great too. It's a little far from the tourist areas, but getting around wasn't a problem for us.

Molfetta has so much charm, and Dogana Resort was a great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, with a perfect location and an amazing view. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were super friendly.

We booked two rooms at Dogana Resort at the last minute, then soon realized we needed to change our plans and stay one more night. Just eight minutes after booking, we contacted the hotel to ask to modify or cancel, but the manager refused and charged us nearly €500 for one night in the two rooms. The response felt robotic and cold. The manager kept repeating policy lines, including, “You must cancel 24 hours in advance.” We understand hotels have policies, but this was only eight minutes after we'd made the reservation, and there was no flexibility or basic human consideration. That kind of rigid management is a huge red flag for travelers. Be careful with this hotel. The customer service was terrible, there was zero understanding, and it felt like profits came before people. 👎👎👎

The view was gorgeous, and everyone on the staff was super nice. It's a beautiful hotel, and the rooms are very large, with four-poster beds.

The hotel was beautiful and quiet, and the sea view from our junior suite balcony was gorgeous. The receptionist was kind, professional, and helpful. The restaurant terrace is air-conditioned. A couple of things could be better. Breakfast didn't offer much for anyone with dietary needs: there was no choice of milk or bread, and no sides like bacon or sausages with the eggs. Salmon cost an extra 10 euros, while cheese and salami were 12 euros each. Also, we asked for our car at 8:00 am, but the valet brought it at 8:20.
