Our second-floor place had three bedrooms, a living room, and an eat-in kitchen. The bathroom came with a washing machine, enclosed shower, bidet and toilet, though the sink was a bit small for my taste. There was a microwave and dishwasher, but no oven, just an electric stovetop, and one large pan lid was missing. The location was excellent, with covered parking and a very helpful host. WiFi was weak for four apartments, though they were in the process of getting fiber optic activated.

The place is clean and well cared for, though not modern, and sits close to restaurants and cafes. Apartments come in different sizes, around 6-8 people, at very reasonable prices for the area. We found the amenities enough for a week, including a washer and dishwasher. If you use the dishwasher a lot, bring extra tablets, since the owners don't supply enough. Towels and hairdryers aren't provided. The owners are Polish and Italian, so communication wasn't a problem. There isn't parking right by the building, so we used a nearby municipal lot, free in winter. I don't know about summer. The internet was weak, but the owners said fiber optic should be available soon. Since the owner lives on the first floor, we could arrange key collection time individually.

The first few days had bad weather, but we still found the apartment and the owners lovely. It was quiet, right in the town center and close to the lake, with all the comforts we needed. 10 out of 10.

We booked the biggest apartment, listed for 10, and told the owner we'd be 8, but one more person ended up joining us. On arrival the owner started swearing at the entrance, without even coming into the apartment. We argued for about an hour while exhausted from the trip and with two newborns, which was really unpleasant. We had to pay another 200 euros on top of the agreed price to get into the house. The property was terribly dirty, the kitchen wasn't equipped, and the owners were gruff and very rude about everything.
