The price was right, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean, too, though the furnishings are a bit dated. There’s underground parking and an elevator in the building, and the location is perfect. We’d definitely come back.

Customer service was top notch, and I’d definitely return on my next vacation. I’m writing this while still at Rio Piccolo residence. The rooms are very spacious, and I’ve never found another residence this clean and orderly. Along with the town of Molveno, it’s the best in its category for me. The supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, the shuttle to the center is nearby, and the beach, bar, and pool are only a few hundred meters away.

The residence is clean, practical, charming, and has new furniture. The location is excellent, and I’d stay here again. I rated it 4 stars because the website clearly shows lake views for the rooms, both in the photos and on the floor plan. My room didn’t have one, though, so clearer information would have been nice.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay. The apartment was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were great. A welcome kit with soap, toilet paper, and other basics was there to get us through the first few days. The spacious underground garage connects straight to the apartments by elevator, and there’s a well-stocked supermarket just behind the building. The lake and ski bus stop are opposite, with free access to the Andalo slopes in 5 minutes. The slopes are lovely and suit skiers and non-skiers at all levels.

The view was spectacular and everything looked beautiful and very clean. But there was just 1 key for 4 people, and above all, only 2 double beds.
