We loved our winter stay. There’s a nice view of the lake, and the place is close to the city center, with the skibus just around the corner. The apartments are very clean, furnished in a mountain style but with modern equipment. There’s a covered garage, a lift to the higher floors, and a ski room with boot heaters.

The friendly service was a real plus, and I’d recommend this place for either a winter or summer holiday. The lake and mountain views are beautiful, the rooms clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Guests have a garage, an elevator to the upper floors, and a room for drying ski gear. The bus to nearby Andalo is just a short walk away.

We’re just saying goodbye, and we’ll miss the view of the lake from the terrace and bedroom window! The house had everything we needed, was clean, and had that typical woody mountain chalet smell. Monica, the owner, was always available with ideas for how to spend our days in Molveno and the surrounding area. We had a wonderful holiday at the Residence.

The owner was so kind, patient, and available whenever we needed her. Many compliments to her again. My apartment had a lake view and was beautiful, modern, and mountain-style, with every comfort and kept in perfect condition. It was also super clean. The lake is a 5-minute walk away, and there are ground-floor parking spaces with an elevator straight to the rooms. If I return to Molveno, I’ll choose this property again.
