Centolaghi Rooms

The owner checked in with me that evening to ask how we were doing and whether the car trouble had been sorted out. That kind of care for guests is rare, and I’m so grateful. He’d already driven us to the nearest workshop when our clutch started acting up, then brought us back to the inn. On the way back to our car, he helped us again, and never asked for anything extra for those rides. The bad weather meant it rained both days, so we couldn’t go trekking. Still, we loved staying here. Somewhere else, we’d have been annoyed and our holiday would have been spoiled, but not here. When another booking was canceled, the owner even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. Dinner and buffet breakfast were both included in the room price. Dinner was excellent, and the dining room, converted from a barn, is magnificent and atmospheric, with tasteful rustic furnishings. Our room had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains, often shrouded in fog. It came with a mezzanine and futon, as well as a very comfortable double bed. The finishes were high quality, and we spotted some really interesting furniture made from recycled materials. Everything exceeded my expectations so much that, for once, I can’t find anything to criticize about the place, location, or staff. We’ll come back in summer to enjoy more relaxing days and walk toward the many lakes in the area. This weekend was wonderful.

With hiking close by, this is a lovely mountain bed and breakfast. Luca was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and really unusual, and dinner was delicious. Highly recommend!

A lovely little B&B up in the mountains, with great trails nearby and good roads for cycling or motorcycling. The owner is kind and cooks delicious meals. There’s also a beautiful mountain dog who’s very happy to get belly rubs and scratches behind the ears. Stay here if you can.

A thoughtfully renovated, beautifully restored spot in rural Italy, and a truly special place to stay. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and know their stuff. The food was incredible, and the restaurant is well worth a visit. There’s panoramic hiking among the mountain lakes nearby.
