The mountain views around the hotel were a real highlight, and the location worked well for our hiking trip in the Dolomites. I came with two friends. The breakfast was okay, though nobody told us about the restaurant when we arrived, and we didn't try it. Our room raised some concerns about cleaning. There were open soap packets left by previous guests in the bathroom window, and it made me wonder how carefully the rest of the room had been cleaned. They weren't replenished during our stay either, so the three of us had to buy soap because two tiny packets weren't enough to share. The bed was alright, but the pillows were so thin that two layers of cardboard might have been more comfortable. The balcony had no furniture, so we ended up sitting on the floor outside, which was a shame. All in all, the stay was okay, but I wish the room had felt properly cleaned.

The room was cozy, and breakfast had a broad buffet with both sweet and savory choices. I stayed here with my partner and our Labrador, and we had a great time. The value for money is one of the hotel's real strong points. We did have trouble sleeping comfortably because the pillows were much too low and thin. Even using a second one didn't help much. The emergency light above the door also stayed on all night and lit up quite a bit of the room. Still, it was a positive experience overall.
