2/10
Breakfast was a letdown, with a poor selection and food quality below standard. The eggs in particular had an unpleasant taste and texture, like chewing sand. I was also told by the breakfast staff to take my dirty dishes to the collection area, which felt out of place in a hotel presented as four-star. The leaking room ceiling was another serious problem, far beyond a small cosmetic issue and suggestive of poor maintenance. The price and advertised category don't match the experience at all. It felt more like a low-budget guesthouse than a four-star hotel, and was a complete disappointment. I don't recommend it.

The staff were cheerful and very helpful, and the room was a good standard. Breakfast was fresh, too. My car was 14 meters long, so I couldn't use the parking lot at the other hotel, but a worker helped me find a place to park. The hotel is very good, and I highly recommend it. I'll be back in the future.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a varied selection of fresh fruit and baked goods, and you could tell care had gone into it. Vera deserves a special mention for her warm, friendly manner and the genuine care she showed. She was always ready to help with a smile, and her professionalism stood out. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was excellent and I felt right at home. The food and service made the stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Park Hotel and will return on my next trip. Thank you, and kind greetings from The Netherlands :)

The beds were warm and nice, and the rooms were comfortable. I only stayed one night, but it was a great experience. The food tasted delicious and seemed traditional.

We felt everyone was putting their heart into the service, and the warmth made the hotel feel like home. The rooms were very clean and neat, and Park Hotel is a lovely place with a great atmosphere. Daniela at reception was professional and kind. At breakfast, Ardita and Vera were attentive, friendly, and professional. Dinner was very good quality for a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend Park Hotel Mondovì.
