The hilltop setting has a wonderful 360-degree view across the Langhe and the Alps, with a large garden, picnic table, and barbecue. It’s a detached house with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove for heat, and a kitchen with its own wood-burning stove. Linens and towels are supplied, and guests can use the groceries, cleaning supplies, and toiletries, replacing whatever they use. Within 50 km, less than an hour away, you can reach Barolo and Alba for trattorias, wine, and truffles, Acqui Terme for its spa, or the Ligurian Sea.

The owner was so kind and always available, and there’s plenty of good local food. It’s a great base for enjoyable excursions nearby. The accommodation and setting make for a truly relaxing break in nature. I’d recommend it to large families, with children and adults alike.
