The rooftop view was nice, and the location works well for the shipyard or the main square. But the service was pretty poor. There's no restaurant or lunch, only breakfast, and that wasn't very good. It might be okay if you're travelling for work, but I wouldn't bring my family.

Our room still had work going on, and the lights weren't working, which caused problems. Staff promised to fix it and refund us for the affected nights, and at the time I thought they handled it brilliantly. Now it's been three weeks, and they haven't replied to emails, WhatsApp, or phone calls. A real shame. I'd stay away.

The clean rooms were the one positive thing. The air conditioning didn't cool at all, and when we told the receptionist, he just said it was working and that the hotel had got the extra star. That wasn't helpful. The corridor smelled of rotten food and toilets. Avoid at all costs!

The room itself was spacious, tidy and comfortable, and the internet worked well for getting work done. There’s free street parking nearby, though it isn’t guarded. The hard part was the ventilation. The floor’s general system was so loud that sleeping at night was impossible. Reception said they couldn’t do anything and offered earplugs. Breakfast was mostly sweet, with no eggs or omelet and no vegetables.

Handy spot for a stay before a flight, and the hotel felt cozy and welcoming.
