Casa Raffaella

The garden and pool were beautifully looked after, and the gardener came by briefly each morning to care for the pool. The house is older but well maintained, with renovated bathrooms, and it felt private and detached. We were six people and had air conditioning in both the bedrooms and living room. Everything we needed was there, and the service was excellent: they answered questions right away and even arranged a taxi for us. For such a lovely garden and location, the value is hard to find.

The lake view from the garden is lovely, and the water is just a two-minute walk away. The kitchen has enough equipment, and the location is very good. The rest needs a lot of attention. The bedrooms are very old and the beds uncomfortable; some bathroom fixtures are already broken. There is mold in places, doors are broken, and everything could be better maintained. The pool edging is rotten, and the loungers were dirty and unstable. The price felt far too high for the condition.

There’s a pool, a carport, a huge property and a barbecue area, with a starter kit ready for new arrivals. The hosts were great, and the location gives direct access to Lake Garda. The house is a little dated, but that didn’t bother us. We had a great time and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We arrived in early September as seven friends after booking the house through Booking.com. It’s hard to find a place on Lake Garda with such good value for money. We’d definitely recommend it.
