Oliveto al Porto

The apartment looked idyllic and well kept from outside, but our stay was a disappointment. The booking photos were very outdated, and inside there was significant mold on the living-room ceiling and in the shower. A strong musty smell was there as soon as we walked in, and bedding for the duvet wasn’t provided. When we asked for it, our contact person said they didn’t supply duvet covers. The heating and electrical outlets in both the bathroom and living room didn’t work, leaving the apartment cold. We were promised someone would come to fix things, but nobody came in the following days. Replies in the chat were very slow, and our problems remained unresolved. We had booked eight nights in October but left two days early because the apartment was in very poor condition. I can’t recommend it.
