We needed a hotel at the last minute, and the host went out of his way to help. He was extremely responsive and lives on-site, so it was easy to get in touch with him. That’s especially useful when transport runs late or something unexpected comes up. He’s a great host.

We were welcomed very warmly. The room was roomy, comfortable, and very clean, with a good bed. We were glad to have air conditioning 🙃. The historic center is an easy 10-minute walk away, so the location is really convenient.

The only good parts were the location and the view of the sea and hills. The building itself is old and badly maintained, and the facility was terrible. The interior was reasonably clean, but there were torn pillowcases and an empty fridge with not even a bottle of water. The door to my room had no cover, with loose cables and substandard systems. It’s a shame to damage the reputation of a beautiful place like Monopoli. I can’t see paying €120 for a facility like this.

The owners were incredibly friendly with both us and the kids, and they made this holiday special. We spent 10 days here as a family. The location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were always available and suggested great itineraries and places to eat. A big hug to Grandma for the fantastic rice, mussels, and potatoes!

The terrace view was breathtaking, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a whirlpool tub. It’s just a short walk to the historic center. I stayed here with my wife and will definitely be back.
