Pietro welcomed us warmly and kept sharing useful tips, which helped us make the most of our time in Monopoli. The apartment was spotless and in excellent condition, with everything we needed. Having a washing machine and clotheslines in the courtyard made traveling with a baby much easier, and the beach umbrellas were useful too. The place is near the train station but surprisingly quiet. In about 10 minutes we could reach Monopoli's lovely old town, with its restaurants and views. We took trains to Polignano, Bisceglie, and Trani, and buses from Piazza San Antonio, a five-minute walk away, to Alberobello and the beaches of Porto Bianco, Porto Rosso, and Porto Verde farther south. Bus line 3 serves those beaches; Porto Verde was the prettiest public beach. Pietro also pointed out routes that don't appear on Google Maps. There's a car rental agency within walking distance, handy for trips to Matera, Ostuni, or the Castellana Caves. We'll definitely come back. Thank you, Pietro!

Mr. Pietro's suggestions led us to some wonderful places during our fantastic five-day stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, close to shops and other amenities, the train station, and the city center. The owner was extremely kind and helpful.

We felt very warmly welcomed by the owners when we arrived. They had left water, fruit, yogurt, and other treats for us. The place was spotlessly clean, and the bed linen and towels were impeccable. The beds were comfortable, and there was air conditioning, a washing machine, and a really good bathroom with hot water. Believe me, that's wonderful and rare around here. It's a wonderful place to stay when visiting Monopoli, with the train station, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and more nearby. The historic center is less than a 10-minute walk away.

The owners are so welcoming and kind that they make you feel at home. The property is excellent, with convenient amenities just minutes from the center of Monopoli, a wonderful city. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
