Giacomo was such a friendly, responsive host and genuinely helpful throughout. We also had a brilliant day out to Alberobello and Ostuni with his lovely wife Silvia, thank you for that, Silvia ❤️. Another day we took the train to Polignano for the beautiful views. The apartment puts you right in Monopoli's historic centre, close to the port and an easy walk from places to see, do, and eat. There are lovely beaches nearby, and though the old town can be busy, the windows kept the noise out when we wanted some peace. There’s also a little land train and plenty of boat tours along the coast. Inside, it was spacious, spotless, nicely presented, and well equipped. It was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of toilet roll, washing-up liquid, soap, cooking oil, and basic food, which made it feel welcoming. It smelled lovely when we arrived, and the views were lovely too. There are quite a few stairs, but the listing makes that clear. We had a really lovely stay and would happily come back. I'd definitely recommend it.

We found the apartment really welcoming, with everything we needed and a balcony looking out over the sea. The rooftop terrace was even better than I expected, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Giacomo was a lovely, helpful host. Monopoli itself is beautiful, and the apartment's location is perfect.

The owner was always glad to help and looked after us well. We found the apartment clean and equipped with everything we needed, with sea views from both the balcony and roof terrace. It’s right in Monopoli’s old town, in a great spot. A perfect place to stay.

We were in the middle of the Old Town, with cafes and restaurants all around, which made the location especially good. The apartment was clean, well cared for, and fully equipped. Its little balcony seats two comfortably, and the terrace has beautiful views. The host was kind, easy to communicate with, and helpful.

Getting up to the second floor means tackling a pretty adventurous staircase. Inside, it's an authentic little holiday apartment with good amenities, and Giacomo was a very friendly host.
