The apartment was very nice, and the location made it easy to get to the historic center. The owner was helpful. I'd describe it more as a B&B than a spa. We'd booked a couples massage, but it turned out to be done one at a time. They said that because we'd booked at a different time than usual, they couldn't find two massage therapists. But there weren't even two massage tables available for us to have the massage together.

The apartment was nice and comfortable, but several parts of the experience disappointed us. The massage felt too weak to do any good, and afterward the therapists washed their hands in our apartment. Wi-Fi was absent, with no signal from any of the providers indoors. We were also charged for the fridge contents, two beers and two Cokes, and the prosecco waiting for us on arrival was mediocre. What left me most puzzled was the water in the hot tub. Reading earlier guest messages, including one from 2021, only confirmed my concern and left us truly disgusted. The many positive reviews were why I chose this place among so many others, but it didn't go well. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

A gift from friends gave my wife and me the chance to have a romantic stay, and we found the apartment welcoming and spotless. After picking the breakfast we liked, we unwound in the fabulous hot tub and spacious sauna. We finished the day with a relaxing massage. A well-deserved five stars, and what a bargain!

The host really understands hospitality. We were welcomed with a generous cocktail, fresh fruit and prosecco. The little house was charming, comfortable and roomy, with the sauna and hydromassage pool in the relaxation room as its best feature. That service comes at a very competitive price. It's just steps from the center, though there isn't a nice view. Breakfast could use a little work to make the place truly outstanding. Monopoli is a charming seaside town, with several restaurants serving elegant food at affordable prices. There aren't many local craft shops or other shops, we only found a couple.
