Diamantea

The room had everything we needed and felt welcoming. It was clean and well equipped, with a large bathroom, shower and hairdryer. There were also drinks, toast, jam and a few pastries in the room, plus a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast is served at a bar. The property is spread over several floors, with just one room on the ground floor. There's no staff on site permanently, only for check-in and handing over the room. It's also close to the beach, about a 350-meter walk, so we recommend it.

The apartment is practically in the heart of the old town, and Diamantea is easy to recommend. It was spacious, very clean and well looked after. We stayed just one night, though it would suit a longer visit too. The owners clearly care about their work and want guests to enjoy their stay. We arrived by bicycle and got a warm welcome. The owner stored our bikes safely in the cellar, then brought them back the next morning right on the agreed time. Breakfast came with a voucher for the bar next door, convenient and ample: an Italian breakfast of one cappuccino, one croissant and freshly squeezed orange juice. You can buy extra items if you like.

We were three and stayed in the Princess apartment. It was spacious, sunny, beautiful and right in the center, with cafes, a fruit shop, a bank and a pharmacy nearby. Parking was easy on the surrounding streets. Breakfast was included at a nearby cafe, with coffee, fresh orange juice and a croissant. Perfect accommodation.

Mina and her husband greeted us with such warm smiles. The home is charming and has everything you need. It’s also well located and very clean. A lovely stay, and definitely somewhere to remember.
